The YRQ series mine-specific electric motor is the latest product of our company, designed to drive coal mills, rolling mills, winches, crushers, and other mining machinery. It is a new series established based on extensive technology introduction and our years of design and manufacturing experience in mining motors.
The YRQ series mine-specific electric motor adopts a box-type structure, with the base welded from steel plates, providing good rigidity and anti-vibration properties, and is lightweight. It features a compact structure, low vibration and noise, high reliability, strong overload capacity, and convenience in installation and maintenance. It represents a new generation of high-performance mine-specific electric motors. The installation dimensions of this series of motors are the same as the old series JR/JS11-15#, and the power levels, installation dimensions, and electrical performance all meet GB755 'Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motors'.
The ventilation method is natural ventilation cooling, namely IC01; protection level: IP23; rated frequency: 50HZ; voltage levels are: 380V, 3KV, 6KV, 10KV.
Other voltages and frequencies can be designed and customized according to user needs (such as: 415V, 690V, 3KV, 10KV, 60HZ), high protection levels such as: IP44, IP54, and special requirements for motors in special operating environments (such as high altitude, humid tropical, corrosive, etc.).
