YPKK series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motors (frame numbers 355-1000) feature reasonable structure and advanced technology. They have advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. The power rating, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of the motor comply with national standard GB755-2000 "Rated Values and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines" and relevant IEC standards and national industry standard JB/T10314.2-2002. The rated frequency of the motor power supply is 50Hz, with rated voltages of 6000V/10000V. Motors suitable for humid tropical and plateau regions can be produced according to order requirements, and motors can also be manufactured for 60Hz or other voltages as per order requirements.
The motor adopts a box-type structure. The frame is made of welded steel plates, which are lightweight and have good rigidity. A sealed air/air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is easy to disassemble and beneficial for maintenance and repair. The stator uses an external pressure structure, and the stator windings are made of Class F insulating material with reliable fixing and binding at the ends. During manufacturing, multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and insulation resistance tests are conducted, and advanced German vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology and equipment are used. Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, with good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance. The squirrel cage rotor can be made of either cast aluminum or copper bars, produced using advanced and reliable casting or welding technology, and balanced dynamically to ensure smooth and reliable operation. Bearings can be in the form of rolling bearings or sliding bearings, depending on the motor power and speed. The speed regulation range is (5-50HZ), with a rated voltage of 10000V and a basic protection level of IP44.
The motor can be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transport machinery, and other mechanical equipment, serving as the prime mover in various industrial enterprises such as mining, machinery, petrochemicals, and power plants. For motors used to drive blowers, coal mills, steel rolling machines, and winches, the intended use and technical requirements should be specified at the time of ordering, with special designs adopted to ensure reliable operation.
